Reportedly, the pop queen unveiled six tracks from her fourth studio album to label bosses in New York last week, and said bosses are calling her work "groundbreaking." and the LP will supposedly hit shelves this June. "It was just amazing," Sony Music Australia boss Denis Handlin told The Daily Telegraph. "These songs, the best description I can give is groundbreaking. She's gone to another level." Beyonce is headlining the Glastonbury Festival this summer, so her album release may be set to coincide with that. Mrs. Knowles-Carter did say several months ago that she planned to create a new genre of music this time around, so maybe she succeeded. Beyonce Giselle Knowles was born on September 4, 1981 in Houston, Texas. She is an American R&B and pop recording artist, actress and fashion model. Her father Mathew Knowles was a professional record manager, and her mother Tina Knowles was a costume designer and hair stylist.
As a child she always participated in school singing and dancing competitions. Her career began in the late 1990's when she joined the group Destiny's child of R&B. She was by then well known as the lead singer of the group. But she wanted her own solo album, so finally in the year 2003 she released her solo album Dangerously in Love. This album turned out to be the most successful album of the year and received five Grammy Awards for the same.
Then later in the year 2006, she released her second solo album B'Day, which again was a great hit. Then in the year 2008, came her third album, which gave her six Grammy Awards. With this she also became the only female to receive these many awards in one night. She is not only a singer, but has also established herself as an actress.
